Description of Service EssPay Smart Business is a complete Billing, POS, and Business Management software that provides tools for: Billing & Invoicing Inventory & Stock Management Sales & Purchase Tracking GST & Accounting Reports Cloud and Offline Sync User Analytics and Notifications EssPay may add or modify features from time to time to improve user experience. 3. User Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to misuse the application for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. You must ensure that all information entered in the app is true and accurate. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable GST and government laws. 4. Data Backup and Access While EssPay provides cloud backup and sync features, users are encouraged to maintain personal data backups. EssPay is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, network issues, or misuse. 5. License & Usage You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use EssPay Smart Business for your internal business purposes. You may not: Reverse engineer or modify the software. Resell, rent, or lease the application. Use the system for any unlawful purpose. 6. Subscription & Payment Paid users must purchase valid licenses through www.esspay.in or authorized partners. Subscription validity begins from the date of activation. Manual renewal is required after expiry (auto-renewal is not enabled). 7. Refund & Cancellation Policy Full Refund: Available if requested within 7 days of purchase. Request Method: Email or through the website. Eligibility: Applies only for annual subscriptions. Non-Refundable Fees: Processing or convenience charges are non-refundable. Renewal: Must be initiated manually by the user. 8. Modifications to Terms EssPay reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at www.esspay.in/terms . Continued use after any changes means acceptance of updated terms. 9. Limitation of Liability ETTMOSS SERVICES SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for: Any data loss, unauthorized access, or downtime. Indirect or consequential damages. Errors arising due to misuse or technical failure. EssPay is a facilitative tool; business decisions made using it remain the user’s responsibility. 10. Termination of Service EssPay reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse. Upon termination, all associated data may be deleted per the privacy policy. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
